  Not a chain store but a authorized T-Mobile retailer. T-Mobile should pull their license. Not friendly. They charge for everything. Even wanted to charge $20 for a SIM card. Better off going to Verizon or AT&T nearby.

  Employees there don't know what they doing. Waited 20 min before was asked what I wanted while he was helping other people and during the same time tried to help me with the phone case and screen protector. Another 10 minutes, the customers left, and then he takes my phone and disappears. 5 min later he came back with no phone. I asked for my phone and no case/screen protector is put. And this is authorized T-MOBILE dealer. " Good luck! ". One star is too many.
